DONALD C. WICKHAM has maintained his law office in the San Jacinto Valley, Riverside County, California since 1963. A graduate of UCLA School of Law in 1959, he limits his practice primarily to estate planning, probate and trust, real estate, asset protection law and elder law. His office adjoins the offices of four other attorneys in Hemet all sharing a common law library. The five attorneys collectively practice a broad area of law, making them the largest number of attorneys who practice primarily in Hemet.

A former law officer with the U.S. Air Force, Don Wickham also practiced administrative law during the eighteen years as the part-time City Attorney of San Jacinto, California. He has instructed legal courses for three colleges and will be instructing advanced placement high school students in Spring 2001 for Mt. San Jacinto Community College's first Legal Assistant course. He completed a four year term on the school board of San Jacinto Unified School District in Nov. 1998, and was a certified specialist by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California for five years following September 24, 1993.

He is a member of the Mt. San Jacinto Bar Association, the Riverside County Bar Association and the State Bar of California and admitted to practice also before two Federal District Courts in California and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
